Alvaro’s coaching represents a 20-year-span of professional leadership at 3M, Merck & Co., and Roche- Genentech, where he perfected his own leadership practices, advanced communication skills and organizational development vision.

Alvaro helps companies and teams who want to grow by bringing clarity to their critical issues and decision points.

Mirian Neves

COO & Senior Coach

Mirian has 21-years of professional experience which started in her native country Brazil. In 2004 she adopted Mexico as her new country, where she developed her corporate experience, assuming varied responsibilities, from assistant director, to sales development and quality control.

As of 2010, Mirian specialized in consulting and training, mainly in the footwear industry, as well as team integration processes using ludic-reflective methodologies such as the Cooperative Games.

In 2016 Mirian joined ABC&C as Senior Executive Coach, where she has strengthened her natural-born talent to guide and accompany leaders and their teams to reach their full potential.

Jesús Tamayo

After 35 years of work, Jesus remains certain that we are here to elevate our potential.

Specialist in leadership, teamwork and effective interactive communication, Jesus creates, designs, and facilitates conferences and virtual workshops. He has also participated in radio and television programs on the subject of organizational leadership.
